Drugs... Where It's At! Mug

A genuine 1960s anti-drug poster. Well-intentioned. Designed by someone who clearly had never met a teenager.

Bubble letters. Rainbow gradients. The single trippiest font ever pointed at the words "smack" and "acid." This was supposed to put people off. It did not put anyone off. It looks like the flyer for the party the drugs were at.

Sixty years later, it's less a warning and more a design classic - proof that nothing sells an idea faster than a committee trying very hard to sound cool and getting it spectacularly wrong.
