Remember when toys were just massive bits of brightly coloured plastic with absolutely no explanation?
Here we have two undisputed icons of 1980s childhood: The Big Yellow Teapot and the Family Treehouse.
One was a giant tree full of tiny people who apparently lived inside a tree.
The other was a massive yellow teapot with windows, because apparently that was a perfectly reasonable place to live too.
And we loved them.
No apps.
No screens.
No batteries to charge.
Just tiny plastic people, questionable housing arrangements and the vague possibility of losing one of them down the back of the sofa forever.
Now they're back together where they belong: on a mug.
Fill it with tea.
Stare at it.
And spend ten minutes explaining to someone under the age of 35 why this is better than whatever bollocks they're playing with now.
